The SuperKlean DuraFlow Series:
Rugged, lightweight and perfect for very hot water or steam-heated water, with a front trigger cover on all models to protect employees from getting sprayed or scalded. This nozzles comes in 4 versions:
The “Classic” DH DuraFlow: A mainstay in worldwide industries for over 20 years, this is one of our best sellers, available in red, white or dark blue. Multiple spray settings can be ‘locked-in’ and automatically disengages spraying when dropped. Great for any market, especially those desiring lightweight, stainless steel construction.
The DuraFlow “X”: Built on the Classic Nozzle’s durability, this SuperKlean nozzle was enhanced to stand strong against 1600+ chemicals sprayed through it, or in environments where chemicals are used, or where plant managers require reduced bacteria build-up. The “X” hot water nozzle is widely used in virtually all types of food and beverage applications, plus pharma, nutraceuticals, and dozens of other vertical markets where the purity of products being made is paramount.
The DuraFlow Dairy: SuperKlean’s new “Milking Parlor” nozzle, available in red or blue, has been scientifically designed for complete and precise cow-teat spraying, both pre-milking and post-milking, providing friendly protectants and healthy benefits to cow teats in the tens of thousands of dairy cow milking parlors across the world. The DuraFlow Mini: The little cousin of the DuraFlow Classic, also in long-lasting stainless steel, but without a front trigger cover. Lightweight and loved by many vertical markets, especially in applications where a smaller stainless steel nozzle is preferred. Popular in wineries, dairies, and various other markets requiring lower levels of bacteria build up, and areas where weight and a front trigger guard are not required.
The Standard Nozzle Series: Called our “Standard Series,” because this design has been a standard for many decades, just like SuperKlean. Available in ultra-rugged brass, or lighter-weight aluminum or reliable, long-lasting stainless steel. The Standard “Lite” Nozzle: Another smaller, lighter cousin in bronze, this time for the Standard family. Smaller in size for superb ergonomics and smaller hands this nozzle is used in virtually every vertical market, especially those with an eye on modern design, in almost every type of plant, factory, farm or setting. Just as with all SuperKlean nozzles, this more compact design stands up to whatever task you throw at it, and even saves up to 7% in water usage with a strong, variable stream of hot water.
The Standard ThermoSmart Nozzle: With a built-in, easy to see temperature sensor on the top, available in dark blue, red, or white brass, light blue aluminum, or gray or white stainless steel. Regulatory agencies are beginning to mandate monitoring of higher temperatures, and the ThermoSmart provides a perfect solution.
The DuraSpray Nozzle: For unique spraying applications, SuperKlean’s DuraSpray is perfect for hanging from above, or even balancing over your shoulder.
