SuperKlean’s famous DuraFlow Series Nozzles have been an integral part of Pharma and Cosmetic factory production for close to 2 decades. Plant Management and Safety Managers have used the DuraFlow nozzle due to its unique design and ability to reduce bacteria buildup. Pharmaceutical Managers tell us that they have used highly complex scientific measurement devices to track bacteria on the surface of all hot water nozzles used in their products. In past years they have found SuperKlean’s ‘DuraFlow Classic’ design accumulated the least bacteria.
SuperKlean engineers decided to go further, and created the “X” DuraFlow Series from that same original DuraFlow Classic water nozzle. Using SuperKlean’s expertise and technical knowledge-base, they re-designed certain critical elements that not only reduced the already leading low-bacteria DuraFlow capabilities, but also added a high level of chemical resistance. They added both important features into one “X” nozzle family.
