Cost-Effective Hot & Cold Water Hose Stations for Diverse Industries

Many other vertical market industries, that often favor SuperKlean’s DuraMix 8000 Steam and Cold water hose stations, sometimes choose to not use steam-generated hot water throughout their plants and factories. Instead, they find other novel ways to heat their water, that matches their specific industry and product needs better. In those cases, the SuperKlean 3600 Series hose stations provide a lower cost solution, even when using our Stainless Steel version – that costs less than a steam-based bronze hose station equivalent. Either way, SuperKlean has the finest steam and cold or hot and cold hose stations available for immediate shipment, in your choice of bronze, brass, or stainless steel!

Here are just a few of the vertical markets who use SuperKlean’s stainless steel hot and cold hose stations:

  • Pharmaceutical plants, food & beverage plants, cheese manufacturers, distilleries, nutraceutical plants, vegetable growers, restaurants, grocery stores, snack and functional food factories, oil refineries, dairies, and so many more vertical markets.

For a brief look at two very successful SuperKlean customers who use stainless steel hot and cold water mixing valves, please feel free to click on the two videos below, where SuperKlean toured a leading New Jersey brewery called River Horse Brewery, and a well-known, highly respected California Winery called Dorcich Family Vineyards, just south of San Jose California.

Note: River Horse brewery handcrafts unique beers that have become favorites of seasoned beer drinkers across North America, and uses a wide range of SuperKlean products, including industrial hose racks, industrial spray nozzles, and SuperKlean washdown hose throughout their amazing brewery, for fast, effective and low-cost washdown.

Dorcich Family vineyards grows many different varieties of grapes, creating a wide range of superb wines in a beautiful wine-growing region of California. Master winemaker Allesio Carli takes us, and you, on a wonderful tour of his winery, showing how effective utilization and spacing of his 3600 Series hot and cold hose stations and SuperKlean industrial hose nozzles can improve productivity and employee efficiency. Please note that Allesio prefers that each of his hot and cold water mixing valves include SuperKlean low cost temperature gauges so his employees can insure they use just the right temperature of water during their washdown process with SuperKlean hose stations.

Both of these fine examples provide a representative look at how SuperKlean hot and cold water valves and hose stations are integrated into best-in-class breweries and wineries.
