SuperKlean’s Hot or Cold Water 6000 Series Station with Globe or Ball Valves are durable, manually controlled Single valve washdown solutions for either hot or cold water applications. Plants or factories can choose either globe valves for fine-tuned flow control or ball valves for quick on/off operation. This unit comes with mounting plate, hose rack and optional adjustable temperature gauge.

This SuperKlean 6000 Series Hot or Cold Water Hose Station with Globe or Ball Valves is rated for operating pressures up to 150 PSI and supports water outlet temperatures up to 200°F (93°C). It’s designed for applications requiring a single valve, water station, often complimenting applications that may have other SuperKlean Hot and Cold Water or Steam-based Hose Stations.

Each 6000 Series Hose Station that can support either Cold Water or Hot water up to 200 degrees, is available with either color-coded red or blue Globe or Ball Valves that are constructed from heavy-duty brass or 300-series stainless steel for corrosion resistance and long service life. The design features ¾-inch NPT inlet and outlet ports and a mounting plate and hose rack, ensuring durability and easy installation in harsh industrial or sanitary environments.

Globe valves allow precise manual adjustment of flow, while ball valves provide quick, full-flow control for faster operation. Facilities may choose between valves based on their specific washdown needs and operator preferences.
